Usage Rights:
The Regular License allows the product to be used in one project only.
A project refers to a single work, website, app, film, presentation, or similar undertaking.
Restrictions:
The license does not permit the use of the product in more than one project.
The license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or distribute the product or any part of it.
Ownership Rights:
The product remains the property of the creator (license provider). The licensee is granted the right to use the product within the scope of a single project.
License Duration:
The Regular License is granted indefinitely but limited to a single project.
Usage Rights:
The Extended License allows the product to be used in unlimited projects.
This includes a variety of commercial projects such as websites, mobile apps, promotional materials, videos, etc.
Restrictions:
The product can be used in multiple projects, but the license does not grant the right to sell or sublicense the original product or any part of it.
The licensee may not share or transfer the product to third parties in a way that would allow unauthorized use.
Ownership Rights:
The product remains the property of the creator (license provider), but the licensee has the right to use it in multiple projects as per the terms outlined in the license.
License Duration:
The Extended License is granted indefinitely and covers an unlimited number of projects created by the licensee.
Payments:
The licensee is required to pay the full licensing fee before using the product.
Refunds:
Once the license has been purchased, no refunds will be issued unless the product is defective or not as described.
Modifications:
The licensee has the right to modify the product to suit their needs, provided that such modifications do not violate the terms of the license.
Termination of License:
The license may be terminated if the licensee violates the terms of the agreement. In such cases, the licensee is obligated to cease using the product and remove it from all their projects.
